Good location near Seoul Station

Spacious interior, very cosy and clean. There are extra pillows and mattresses. Can fit 4-5 people. Just 250 metres from exit 15 Seoul Station. If you came by airport express train, its exit is near to this apartment.

Not a lively surrounding. No shops around it, only a convenience store and a few small restaurants.

Location was very good as it is just beside Seoul Station exit 15. Keyless entry using a lock opened by a PIN. Convenience shop and coffee cafe located beside the entrance.

Power points a bit inaccessible. Fan on the mezzanine level was not working and it got a bit hot at night.

A worth it... stay... except the cleanliness...

The location of the apartment was excellent with Lotte Mart, Lotte Outlet Mall and Seoul Station across the road. You are staying near all major transport and shopping. You also have a convenience stall, two coffee joints and 3 restaurants just beside the apartment.

The cleanliness of the apartment is a question mark. We stayed for 9 days. The cleaning lady only helped to throw the trash. It will be better if the apartment could arrange for at least every other day of light cleaning of the floors and toilets within the apartment.

Excellent location and very accessible

Excellent location to get around Seoul city. From Seoul station Exit 15, only 5 min away. Quite spacious living area and a reasonably large refrigerator. The staff members were friendly and helpful.

Iron facility was broken when I wanted to use it. Not enough cutlery, for example, teaspoons to make coffee in the morning, or mugs to have drinks. Ceiling height of loft was lower than what is photographed on Booking.com webpage.

Well equipped apartment strategically located in the heart of Seoul

The apartment is (I assume) a typical accommodation flat found in central Seoul that is conveniently located in the heart of the city, literally next to the Seoul station. You can get anywhere from here and taxis are abundant. Most importantly for us, from here is just a 3 minute walk to the station that will take you to Incheon or Gimpo airport within minutes. Just below the apartment is a 24 hour convenient store, a cafe, a small restaurant that closes late, and a bar. Across the road there is a huge Lotte mart and a whole load of shopping are and next to that a central bus depot. This place is alive all day long and for us it was really great being a traveller staying there. The apartment is quaint and has everything you need from kitchen, cable, air condition, electric fans, good shower, clean towels and sheets, warm comfortable bed and a good internet. For travellers just wanting a place to sleep and get a good clean before the next activity, this place is great! The even provide you with shampoo, utensils and a large bottle of drinking water. Also this place is good for those who would wish for long term place to stay in Seoul. Checking in is easy, and checking out even easier since there is no need to return any keys. Just close the door and leave. Is that simple. On the overall, I would not rate the place high since it is not exactly your regular 4-5 star hotel, but for the convenience and the good deal I am getting, would come back to stay here if on leisure travel as a tourist visiting.

The apartment however is small, and is more suited for a couple at best. We had 2 kids with us and it is a tight squeeze. There is a sort of a loft as you climb the stairs but once up there, you will need to crawl to get to bed as the ceiling is low. They provided us with an additional bedding on what is usually the living space. The bed sits close to the large window and the pipings to the aircond can be a little noisy. In fact, the vibration can be felt while you sleep. They lack simple knife, fork and spoons; so best you get some disposables. Also get use drinking water from a cup rather from the glass.
